Your eyes may take time to adjust to your new lenses (especially if your prescription has changed), but if you're still not satisfied, that’s not a problem. Simply bring your new glasses or contacts back to us within 30 days of purchase and we'll be happy to replace them.

Below are the full details on Visique’s eyewear warranty policy.

Lenses

2-year warranty on regular priced lenses covers any defects in material and workmanship on anti-reflection and scratch coatings (includes prescription sunglasses).*

1-year warranty on all adult and kids’ value packages and discretionary sale products as well as non-prescription sunglasses covering any defects in materials and workmanship on anti-reflection and scratch coatings.

Frames

1- to 2-year warranty on regular priced frames covering any defects in materials and workmanship; manufacturer dependant (includes prescription sunglasses).

1-year warranty on all adult and kids’ value packages and discretionary sale products as well as non-prescription sunglasses covering any defects in materials and workmanship on anti-reflection and scratch coatings.

Kids (12 and under)

One-time only unconditional replacement on Visique Private Label frame and lenses for 1 year (must be the same prescription).

 

*Warranty takes effect 2 years from original purchase date and does not cover negligent damage or abuse inflicted on the frame and lenses, including damage caused by excessive heat, normal wear and tear, and non-warranty breakage.
